SmartBadge Inc. is a development and manufacturing company that specializes in the creation of exciting, practical, new multi-market products that use cutting edge technology in the simplest and most effective manner possible to achieve a stated mission. All SmartBadge products must meet high standards of real life practicality. They must fill real needs and serve valid existing markets; we do not create products in search of a market.

We hold two US patents, 6,347,301 and 6,615,179 with two more applications pending and others in process.

Our first product is SmartBadge, our signature meetings industry attendee networking system. Simple, effective and profitable for the meeting organizer, it is the ultimate sponsorship vehicle, with inexpensive expendable PDA's that are given to attendees to keep. Each PDA has the capability to identify and introduce attendees and to hold agenda, attendee notes and sponsor advertising. Later, it can download data and notes to the attendee's personal computer.

The hardware of the SmartBadge system has many additional practical applications due to our original design objectives: adaptable hardware, flexible firmware programming, fast efficient mass software programming, and low cost.

With only a change of firmware, software and instructions the SmartBadge hardware can adapt to become our second product, a golf tournament scoring system. Further developments include a lead retrieval device, a shopper's aid, a traveler's aid, and even a sporting event attendee's program. Sorry, competitors: we already have filed those patents.

SmartBadge products do not end there. We are constantly looking to the future and have directed development on exciting new wireless products.
